S&P 500 Forecast for Monday, September 27th, 2021

Updated: Oct 3, 2022

Theme:

There will be a sharp move higher to reach a peak, followed by an equally strong move to the downside. This is very characteristic of the Ace of Wands.

Overview:

There may be a notable high today, taking place around 11:00am-12:30pm, somewhere around there. If there is a notable high, it would take place at this time, and this will be a high for the day. The tech sector is likely to be highlighted as well.

Around the Highs:

Behavior will show a strong move to the upside, because of good news or positive economic data. This could be some sort of expansion or improvement. The high is going to be a big move.

Around the Lows:

After big moves higher, we will see lows in relatively close time proximity. There will then be a breakout off of these lows to move higher.

Pre-market to Noon

Our first high for the day is in the pre-market in the midst of a significant move higher. Off of this high, we have profit taking. This brings us to the low for the day, which will be right around the open, roughly around 9:30am-10:00am. We have multiple attempts to break key resistance, with more selling from roughly 10:00am-11:00am. Following this, there should be a sharp, notable decline between 10:00am-12:00pm. From that decline we will eventually meet a notable support level, and there should be a sharp move higher to a breakout, reaching a high. This high will take place between 11:00am-1:00pm, leaning more toward 12:15pm.

Noon to Post-Market

Then, from roughly 12:00pm-1:00pm, there is a move higher along a diagonal support level that eventually breaks down through support to show a significant decline. There is something to do with a decision between two leaders or some sort of merger between the hours of 1:00pm-2:00pm. Then we will have some sort of move higher, where we see some bad news. However, we still move higher, even with reason to go down. We are still moving up between 2:00pm-3:00pm. We have a rally in the last half hour, which will turn into a sharp decline, where we will reach our day’s low around the close or in the post-market.

Looking Ahead:

There is news that comes out just after the close, resulting in a gap down on Tuesday.
